在我看来，一个人语言水平的提高是这个人全方面能力的提升。听，说，读，写是其中比不可少的部分。
对于提高听的能力，我认为对于一个想学好第二语言的人来讲很简单。因为，每天都生活在讲第二语言的国家里，只要用心的去听外国人的讲话，即便有时不明其意，这也是提高的过程。
说，是表明己意的最佳方式。每天都要保持与外国人交谈在我看来是提升最好的方法。
阅读是其中最花时间与精力的。因为不仅有单词量的难关，文法有时也很难理解。 在我看来，每天用一定的时间去阅读外国的文章与杂志是提高的不二法门。
写是体现一人语言能力的重合表达。大量的抄写外文的佳作是快速提高的快速通道。
